The Dachstein glacier

Tip: Shuttle bus from Schladming

We recommend a relaxed ride up to the Dachstein valley station on the RVB glacier shuttle bus, departure from Schladming "Planet Planai"

You're welcome to park your car free of charge in the car park in the meantime.

When travelling up with the regular bus, only the bus ticket has to be paid or the Sommercard has to be scanned.
With a valid reservation for the Dachstein cable car, the toll fee is waived.

Your Dachstein day!

For a relaxed glacier visit with all the highlights we recommend that you schedule around two hours.

Up the Dachsteinstrasse

In partnership with the Ramsauer Verkehrsbetriebe bus company and the landowners of the Dachsteinstraße every effort is made to preserve the natural beauty of the Dachstein.

Therefore, we recommend in any case to arrive with the Dachstein Glacier bus of the Ramsauer transport company.
